Dallas actually prefers
racing the NMC (Nostalgia Muscle Cars) cars to the NSS
(Nostalgia SUper Stock) cars. NMC is typically the step
below NSS -- but they do have a 10.5 class. Dallas is also a big
fan of the 78-79 Dodge Magnums (his first car) and it just so
happens that they are the last of the B-Bodies allowed to race
in NMC.
The plan is to make a 78 Magnum that is capable of 9
seconds with the wick turned up and a consistent 10.5 seconds
with NMC rules. This car will be fashioned to look like the Car
Craft Magnum Force magazine car of 1979.
